2.5 metre high, turned red sandstone column, 600mm diameter, supporting 1.3 metre high cast bronze double faced ‘Janus’ head.

The Roman theme for this sculpture was drawn from the Roman road crossing the site.

Installation of column and head by Coulton and Powell. Lettering on column by Philip Bews.
